Join Hostminded’s operations team and take a leading role in shaping the quality of our on-field operations.
As a Field Operations Supervisor, you’ll act as the bridge between our guest operations team and the on-site cleaning and runner teams — ensuring every property is ready on time, to standard, and with smooth coordination across the board.
This is a hands-on operational role with leadership potential — ideal for someone who enjoys both planning and being out in the field. The position starts part-time through the low season (Nov–Feb) and transitions to full-time from March/April 2026.
What you’ll do
- Plan, publish, and adjust daily and weekly cleaning and runner schedules according to occupancy and demand.
 - Coordinate field staff (cleaners, runners, greeters) to ensure all turnovers run efficiently.
 - Provide training and onboarding to new colleagues, ensuring everyone understands Hostminded standards.
 - Conduct quality checks on-site and give constructive feedback to team members.
 - Support field operations hands-on when needed (light cleaning, delivery assistance, etc.).
 - Communicate with Guest Operations about same-day changes, incidents, or urgent requests.
 - Oversee supply and linen levels at properties and report restocking needs.
 - Help improve internal workflows and documentation for smooth day-to-day execution.
 
Who you are
- You have experience in hospitality, cleaning coordination, or short-term rental operations.
 - You’re organized, dependable, and can manage multiple moving parts calmly and clearly.
 - You lead by example — not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
 - You have strong communication skills and enjoy supporting others to do their best work.
 - You’re proactive and comfortable making decisions independently in the field.
 - You can use (or are quick to learn) mobile and web tools for scheduling, reporting, and team communication.
 - You speak English fluently;
